All accessories are final sale items. 
Standard Shoes
Standard shoes are eligible for a free size replacement only. Replacement size must be within 2 sizes of the original size ordered. Anything more than 2 sizes different will be considered an error on the customers behalf and will not be eligible for a replacement. Please email replacement request in the format below within 14 days of delivery to

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date received. Bibbidi Bobbidi Bling will not accept any returns after 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned items must be unworn with box and tags attached (if applicable) and all packaging.

Please include a note with your order number. Returns without an order number can not be processed.  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages will not be given return credit.

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple, our items are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. 
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. All new orders are subject to the current turnaround times.
Prior promotional pricing or discounts used when the original order was placed can not be honored for a new order.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.  

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Defective Items
Defective items must be reported within 3  days of delivery. We recommend that you try your shoes on and inspect them within this window. Please e-mail with any questions.
