Return Policy

Accessories
All accessories are final sale items. 

 
Shoes and Apparel
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date received. Bibbidi Bobbidi Bling will not accept any returns after 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned items must be unworn with box and tags attached (if applicable) and all packaging.*

Merchandise can be returned by emailing Lacie@bibbidibling.com for return address. 

Please include a note with your order number. Returns without an order number can not be processed.  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages will not be given return credit.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple, our items are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. 
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. All new orders are subject to the current turnaround times.
Prior promotional pricing or discounts used when the original order was placed can not be honored for a new order.

Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE.  

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee up to 100% of the purchase price will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. 
Deluxe shoes must be returned in a shipping box or padded envelope to protect the original packaging. Returns without original packaging will be considered open box returns and will incur a 20% repackaging fee. 
Returns that show signs of wear will not be accepted but can be returned to you at your expense. Return shipping invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days items will be discarded or donated.

Defective & Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you try your shoes on and inspect them within this window. Please e-mail Lacie@bibbidibling.com with any questions. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced with the same item and replacements are subject to the original turnaround time. In the event that we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued  

Cancellations
We know you want to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin working on it immediately. Unfortunately, that means we won't be able to cancel or change it.
